Agbor Kima — who professionally prefers to be addressed simply as Kima — is the Senior Managing Partner, Founder and Principal Consultant of the firm, and one of its foremost consultants. He is a legal practitioner from the Nigerian and Cameroon Bar Associations with over a decade of practice in several courts of Cameroon, managing diverse legal matters in the corporate, finance, maritime and HR sectors.
He holds academic qualifications encompassing Sustainable Development, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources and Workplace Safety and Health, as well as certifications in Business Intelligence, Leadership Skills in Business, Understanding Financial Contracts, Mortgages and Stocks. A seasoned Corporate, Legal, Compliance, Maritime and Finance Specialist, he also provides consultancy in cybersecurity, anti-money laundering, business strategy, management and policy formulation. He further serves as National Coordinator of the Cameroon Young Jurist Legal Resource Center (CYJULERC).
Mbinkar John Paul Esq

John Paul is a Partner and Principal Consultant of the firm and a seasoned legal practitioner duly admitted to the Bar in both Nigeria and Cameroon. With over eight years of professional practice experience, he has developed considerable expertise across a broad range of disciplines, including corporate practice, finance law, employment and labour law, immigration law, debt recovery, real estate and general contract law.
He additionally provides consultancy services in the areas of financial crime, money laundering, business strategy and management. He is also a key partner at Kima & Partners Firm Cameroon and is distinguished by his passion for writing and publishing articles on legal and corporate practice.

A consultant of the firm, Eyong is a seasoned attorney in Nigeria and Cameroon with over 10 years of practice experience in the fields of Maritime Law, Corporate Law, Debt Recovery Law, Intellectual Property Law, Real Estate Management and Business Law.
