Social Media and Forums: These are platforms for sharing information and interacting with others online.
Websites and Student Portals: These are web-based platforms for accessing information, managing accounts, and interacting with organizations in Cameroon.
How Does Electronic Communication Work in Cameroon?
Electronic communication uses networks and services to transmit information via electromagnetic means, including cables, wires, and wireless signals.
Devices like transmitters convert information into electrical signals, and antennas on the one hand and then convert these signals into electromagnetic waves for long-distance travel.
Transmitters use components like modulators and amplifiers to strengthen and prepare the signal for transmission.

- The technical and tariff offer for interconnection, access and infrastructure sharing of operator X, for year Y, intended for operators providing electronic communications services;
- The technical and pricing offer for interconnection, access and infrastructure sharing, of operator X for year Y, intended for concession operators;
- The technical and pricing offer for infrastructure sharing made by operator X for Y, intended for operators of electronic communications networks;
Conditions to be met:
1. Be an operator holding a concession agreement for electronic communications networks licensed to establish passive infrastructures;
2. Provide wholesale services in the electronic communications market.

- Seven copies of the technical and pricing offers for interconnection and access intended for concession operators;
- Seven copies of the technical and pricing offers for interconnection and access intended for operators providing electronic communications services;
- Seven copies of the technical and pricing offers for infrastructure sharing etc.
