- Layout-Designs (Topographies) of integrated Circuits: Integrated circuit means a product, in its final form or an intermediate form, in which the elements, at least one of which is an active element, and some or all of the interconnections are integrally formed in or on a piece of material and which is intended to perform an electronic function;
- Layout-design means the three-dimensional disposition, however expressed, of the elements, at least one of which is an active element, and of some or all of the interconnections of an integrated circuit, or such three-dimensional disposition prepared for an integrated circuit intended for manufacture.
- Geographical Indications: This is an indication that serves to identify a product as originating from a territory, a region, or a locality within that territory, in those cases where the quality, reputation or other specific characteristic of the product may be essentially attributed to such geographical origin.
- Copyright: Protects original artistic, literary, musical, and dramatic works, giving creators the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and perform the work in Cameroon.
- Trademarks: Protect words, phrases, symbols, or designs that identify and distinguish the source of goods or services of one party from those of others in Cameroon.

- Trade Names: A trade name shall be the name under which a trade, craft or agricultural establishment is known and exploited.
- Plant Variety Protection: This is protection of a plant grouping within a single botanical taxon of the lowest known rank, which grouping, irrespective of whether the conditions for the grant of a plant variety certificate are fully met, can be:
- Defined by the expression of the characteristics resulting from a given genotype or combination of genotypes;
- Distinguished from any other plant grouping by the expression of at least one of the said characteristics; and
- Considered as a unit with regard to its suitability for being propagated unchanged.
