The Public Prosecutor's Office must communicate to the Central Bank, by any means leaving written proof of receipt, within two (2) business days, the enforceable decisions concerning:
- Judicial prohibitions on issuing checks and using payment cards issued pursuant to Article 206 (new) of the regulation;
- Lifting of judicial prohibitions on issuing checks and using payment cards;
- Lifting or suspension of banking prohibitions on issuing checks and using payment cards.
The Public Prosecutor's Office is automatically informed by the Central Bank of all violations of banking and judicial prohibitions reported to it by the institutions concerned or which it itself discovers by cross-referencing the information contained in its files.
